Do you provide delivery?

Yes!! However a delivery charge of $10 apply for orders below $150.  Due to its fragility, we will delivery all tiered cakes to you.

How far in advance should i place my order?

Flower Cakes (Tiered and Single)
It is never too early to place an order!! However, to provide sufficient time for design and colour scheme discussion as well as ensure a slot in our production, please place your order at least 3-4 months in advance. 
 
Cookies & Macarons
In order to avoid disappointment, please place your orders at least 2 months in advance.

Do you accept last minute orders?

We only accept last min orders for cookies and macarons subjected to availability

Is there bulk order discounts?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately there isn't bulk order discounts as all products are handmade and does not have economic of scale.

How are my cookies packaged?

Accepted Answer

All cookies are individual packed in cellophane bags with a twist tie. If you prefer a different type of packaging, you can opt for ribbon-tied subjected to an additional charge of $5 per dozen cookie.

How are my cakes packaged?

Accepted Answer

Each cake will be packaged in a clear cake box. However for tiered cakes, do note that there will be a tape used to attach 2 boxes together to create the height necessary to fit the cakes.

How are tiered cakes supported?

In each tier, bubble tea straws are inserted into the cake to provide support which prevents the cake on collasping onto itself.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Flower Cakes : 6 inch single tier
 
Cookies : 2 dozen. For seasonal ocassions where we provide cookies for pre-orders, the minimum order is lesser as we can collate orders from different customers for the same design. 
 
Macarons : 2 dozen

How do i pay for my orders?

All orders can be paid via internet banking or paynow.

How do i know if my order has been confirmed?

All orders are confirmed once we received full payment.

Question 15

Can I have a refund if I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

For full refund, orders must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance. Cancellation made less than 14 days but more than 7 days of the delivery/collection will be given 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days of the delivery/collection.

Can i transfer my order to someone else if i cancel my order?

At Lesjumellestreats, we only choose quality ingredients for all our products. 
 
Flower Cakes: Eggs, butter, sugar, flour, unsweetened chocolate powder, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla beans.
 
Cookies: Eggs, butter, flour,unsweetened chocolate powder, vanilla bean, meringue powder, icing sugar. 
 
Macarons: Grounded almonds, eggs, sugar
